10 Days (Jan 21-30) RE:HER Virtual Food Festival w/ Women Restaurant Owners

Women-owned restaurants all over Los Angeles will come together to offer unique collaborations with other female chefs, thematic menus, one-on-one conversations among female industry leaders, and much more. The food festival will launch on the anniversary of the groundbreaking Women’s March of 2017. Join us for 10 special days to illuminate, celebrate and uplift the sisterhood of restaurateurs in LA. RE:Her is a charitable organization for women-owned restaurants in Los Angeles, created by women who own restaurants in Los Angeles, in response to how COVID-19 has impacted our businesses and our communities.

RE:Her is committed to advancing women in the restaurant industry and, long-term, aims to provide small business grants, mentorship and resources to women in our industry, throughout Los Angeles and beyond.

RE:Her is an affiliate of Let’s Talk, an industry group founded and led by Rohini Dey and supported by the James Beard Foundation. Let’s Talk unites over 250 women restaurateurs across 10 cities; the LA chapter is hosted by Mary Sue Milliken and Dina Samson.

Let’s Talk LA has created RE:Her. Lien Ta (All Day Baby) is the committee lead of RE:Her, alongside her talented peers on the RE:Her board: Sandra Cordero (Gasolina Cafe), Sylvie Gabriele (Love & Salt), Bricia Lopez (Guelaguetza), Mary Sue Milliken (Border Grill, Socalo), Kimberly Prince (Hotville Chicken), Dina Samson (Rossoblu, Superfine Pizza), Heather Sperling (Botanica), and Brittney Valles (Guerrilla Tacos).
